  “I heartily recommend Silver Pearl to all small businesses. I purchased a company and continued to use the previous owner’s process of bookkeeping, including a copy of his Quickbooks database. After a few months, it was obvious to me that I was not doing this correctly. Julie came in and reviewed my situation. She gave an estimate of the cost to set up the Quickbooks’ accounts correctly and to clean up my errors. She also gave an estimate of ongoing monthly charges for bookkeeping. She did get my Quickbooks resolved and it was very close to her estimate.

  Going forward, I have worked with both Susan and Julie. Sue has done most of our bookkeeping in just a few hours each month. Julie’s initial estimate for the cost of the monthly activity was actually somewhat high because over time, Sue has taught us how to do certain tasks in Quickbooks ourselves. It allowed us to be more efficient and save costs. Sue has integrated herself into the company and acts as a true partner. She works very well with the entire team. She is efficient and professional. Sue provides us information for controlling our business and understanding the key financial factors and has worked very well with our CPA.
